More Shipping Options

This section is devoted to various shipping setups you may desire.

1. I have my international shipping set up, but there are a couple countries that I need to ship to using a different method.
2. I'm in the US mainland and have my domestic shipping set up, but I want to use a different option to ship to Alaska and Hawaii.
3. I want to set a flat rate to ship each item, but I don't want to charge the same amount to ship each item.
4. I'm selling some items that cannot be shipped by my regular carrier. What should I do?
5. I don't want to charge taxes on shipping (US Only).
