cf_ezcart License

1. Each license to cf_ezcart entitles the licensee* to use a single copy of the cf_ezcart files and templates and a single database, with the following exceptions:
   • If using cf_ezcart in multi-store mode, licensee is free to make as many copies of the ColdFusion template files as necessary. These files may run under separate domain names, under sub-domains of a single domain, under a single domain consisting of sub directories, or any other setup necessary to build your "Mall", provided that all of the files are running on a single server or "cluster" of servers.
   • Please note again that any additional copies made of the database will require a separate license.
2. Licensee is free to customize any of the code within this application, except for the encrypted files used for UPS Online® Tools XML Integration, for the purpose of enhancing the store in any way. Licensee agrees that changing the code does not relieve him/her of his/her obligation to pay the licensing costs associated with the use of the application to build additional stores.
3. Decrypting, reverse engineering or changing the look of any of the UPS associated files is expressly forbidden by Tropical Web Creations, Inc. and by UPS. Failure to adhere to this agreement will result in cancellation of the Merchant's UPS Account.
4. Use of any of the code or templates within this application for the purpose of building or enhancing a similar or competing application is expressly prohibited.
5. Tropical Web Creations, Inc. will assume no liability for money lost due to lack of generated sales should the software prove to be unfit for merchant's intended use.
6. Tropical Web Creations, Inc. will assume no liability for money lost due to errors in the software application.
7. Tropical Web Creations, Inc. warrants only that all features of the software will work as advertised as of the date of purchase. Purchases will be refunded ONLY after Tropical Web Creations, Inc. is given access to the server housing the software and ONLY if any features may not be made to work properly. This warranty is void if any customization is performed to any of the files contained within the application.
8. Tropical Web Creations, Inc. agrees to provide up to 2 hours of assistance with the setup only of the software, not including entering products in the database, building or customizing pages or customizing the application in any form. If inventory data exists in a spreadsheet or database which may be exported to a delimited text file, we may, at our discretion, apply this time to assist with writing a script to import this data. Should further assistance be required, licensee will be charged at our current hourly rate discounted 10%.
